Alright FINE....I can't help it. Sometimes I find myself there every other day during the span of one week straight or so. I dont' usually go up to two weeks of pure McDonalds but it's possible. I am very conscious of my weight, even though I weigh 115, so I try not to eat McCraps over 1 time a week. It WILL put weight on you! At one time when I got down to 105 (and I'm 58) I ate Mcdonalds just TO gain weight back! That added to other foods and soy shakes. But it CAN'T help with cholesterol. So I feel bad but love the crap so much.
